The Mopar Muscle Club of New Mexico has been around for a long time. We have a membership of over 200 that includes a large variety of people, cars, and families. We pride ourselves on being a versatile club with membership cars from the 1930's up to brand new. Our membership ranges from kids to seniors. Our name tends to turn the heads of the older generations, thinking we are a club of young kids with hot rods and only hot rods. And it turns the heads of the younger generation thinking we are boring adults. Neither theory could be further from the truth. Take a look at our Members Cars and see more of what we are about. We take pride in all vehicles as we are not just Muscle Car or Mopar enthusiasts; we are car enthusiasts.
Our annual dues are the lowest we've heard of
($20.00/yr) and we have many exciting and versatile events throughout the year for every member or every family:
1. MOPAR CHALLENGE SERIES: This is a 5 race drag race series held
from Spring until Fall. Points are accumulated throughout the five
races for money, trophies and the Mopar Challenge Series championship.

ANNUAL MOPAR FEST: Our annual show has become the biggest
all Mopar show in New Mexico and grows by leaps and bounds every
year. This show is THE MOPAR EVENT of New Mexico with a car
show model car show! There are 20 classes, many special
awards, raffle trailer, event t-shirtis,goody-bags, and lots of door prizes.

MONTHLY NEWSLETTER: It has a Calendar
of Events, Mopar of Month
(member's vehicles), free Classifieds
and many more interesting features. You'll be waiting by the mailbox
for this one! Only parts of the newsletter are online, so if you
don't look through your mail, you may be missing something.
4.
MONTHLY CRUISES, CARS-N-COFFEE, and POKER RUNS: Almost every month we gather together on a
Saturday night at a local drive-in and cruise Albuquerque or Rio
Rancho streets searching for that unsuspecting Chevy or Ford. We
usually end up at a Car Show, Show and Shine or another drive-in
to eat, socialize, and show off our Mopars. Our Poker Runs are every Spring and Fall. We cruise to 5 different sponsor locations, choosing cards and playing games along the way.

MONTHLY MEETING: Our meetings are held every 3rd Tuesday of
the month at Ron Montoya Designs located at 8724 Alameda Park Dr. in
Albuquerque. The meeting is called to order at 7:00 p.m. Sometimes, as weather permits, we'll bail on the usual meeting and have a BBQ instead.

CAR SHOWS: We gather together and go to several shows a year,
making a rumble wherever we go.
7.
ANNUAL PICNICS: We have one or two annual picnics a year. These
are very family oriented events with games, BBQs and lots
of fun!
8.
END-OF-THE YEAR BANQUET: The Mopar nuts' social event of the
year. All members, members' families, and club sponsors gather at
a designated restaurant to eat, give out awards, recap the year's
events and socialize with fellow members. It's definitely a fun
evening everyone looks forward to. These
are just a few things that our club members have been doing, not
to mention making new friends, traveling together to other shows
and races out of town and state, discovering sources for cars, parts
and Mopar automotive advice, plus many automotive oriented businesses
