This is my 1973 Charger SE and I am the original owner. I bought it in November of 1972 at McKeon Dodge in El Paso, Texas. It has 49,000 original miles, the original paint and just a few upgrades for more get up and go! I showed the car a couple of times in Belen at your MOPAR car shows. It has won trophies at all the shows including here locally at the Mack Massey Mopar Show. Even though it is only a 318, I believe people appreciate its original condition and low mileage. It runs and still smells like new. It is always garaged and only driven to shows and cruises. My son, Joseph, makes sure I take care of it and performs some of the upgrades like installing 340 exhaust manifolds and TTI dual exhausts. We also added a 4 barrel carb (thermoquad) and manifold over the years.
P.S. We are happy to be part of the New Mexico family and club. I'm sending my dues for membership since I let it lapse over the years. Sorry! On an added note, because of the clubs large following I was able to sell three cars in the last 10 years by advertising in the club newsletter (1974 Cuda, 1970 Challenger RT, and 1970 Charger RT/SE).
