My brother, Norbert Ebeling, bought this car brand new. Norbert still lives in Tulsa, OK , same address for the past 45 years. He is 85 years old and very active in his complete work shop. He worked 32 years with American Airlines as an A&E, specializing in sheet metal aircraft engine cowl and wing leading edge work. He also specialized in hydraulics. He is a perfectionist's in every way.

Although I am a pretty good mechanic, he insists on taking over. Well, after all, he is the boss since it was still his car and he is a few months older.  The old battery was dead as the car had not been started for several months. I moved the car to Albuquerque last summer in a hard rain and tornadoes all around. I averaged 17.5 MPG driving under 65 mpg. The car had

been in his garage for about 10 years. The immense hood was used as an extra work table with a plywood top and blanket underneath. About 9 years ago, he built (I mean he designed and built) a car port and moved the car outside. He would crank her up and drive around the block when he felt like it. The car has only 58,000 miles. I had absolutely not problems driving to Albuquerque.
