1966 Plymouth Sports Fury Convertible
I saw this car on Craig's List shortly after I sold my 1969 Charger in September 2011. It was sitting in the previous owner's garage for fifteen years and has very minimal rust on the entire car. I am not sure if it is an original New Mexico car but it looks like it.
The car is a 318 poly block with a two barrel carb, automatic transmission and a single track 2.54 rear end. I'll need to recover the seats and install a new carpet and convertible roof but the rest of the car is solid. I had to put brakes all the way around and tune the engine and change all of the fluids but the car runs and drives really well.

I am looking forward to taking it on some of our Mopar cruises this coming summer (fender skirts and all!). |
