Welcome to new members Eric Peters and his 2012 Challenger and Pano Argyres and his 2003 Ram 1500 Hemi. Pano won the Mopar trivia contest on our Facebook page, winning a year membership into the Club. Glad to have you on board! Congratulations to Jack Hererra who recently had his very nice 69 Super Bee featured in Hemmings Muscle Machines . It was great to see a Mopar, especially one that nice, recognized.

The weekend of the April 5th was a good weekend for the Mopar folks in drag racing as Allen Johnson won Pro Stock in Vegas along with the K&N race within a race. Congratulations also to Ken Keifer (McKinney Motor Company) on his April 7 win at the ABQ Dragway. He took 1st in the Super Pro class & took home some money. Ken was right on his numbers all day long & took everyone out one by one. Good job to Ken & his crew. Robert Covell went 5 rounds in Pro and Lisa went 3 in Sportsman.

2013 Mopar Fest Tribute – Show Your Best

This year, the Mopar Club will be honoring one of the greatest muscle cars of all time, the Dodge Charger, at the 2013 Mopar Fest. The Charger has become an iconic symbol of the era that lives on to this day. Our tribute to the Charger will include a separate show area with great examples of the first three generations of Charger as well as some modern Charger muscle. We are looking for show-quality cars to join in the group. We really want to make this an awesome show group so if you would like to show off your baby please contact Earl at: nmmopars@gmail.com.
