In the September newsletter, I failed to report about the August club BBQ/picnic that we held in place of the August meeting. We had well over 45 people in attendance and lots and lots of food. Thank you to Dennis and Barbara Lowder for opening their home and backyard to this crazy Mopar bunch. The backyard was perfect for a mini car show as well as a mean game of horseshoes (with the officers winning – ha ha) and other games. The weather was perfect and the company even better. We had a great time and plan to do it again soon.
It's already that time of year to start planning the End-of-the-Year Banquet, the 2015 Mopar Challenge race dates, and the 2015 Mopar Fest. We'll start asking for volunteers and help very soon.
Although the weather is turning colder on us, there are still plenty of activities going on like the upcoming Fall Poker Run, the S.W.D.R.A. Bracket Challenge, the last race of the 2014 Mopar Challenge, and much more.
